Akwaaba! Your expedition begins at Kotoka International Airport, where your private guide will facilitate your transfer to your hotel. Dive into the history of the first Sub-Saharan African nation to gain independence. Visit Independence Square (Black Star Square) and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, a majestic tribute to Ghana's first president set amidst beautiful gardens.

Morning: Depart Accra for a scenic drive into the Ashanti Region, passing through lush tropical forests and cocoa plantations.

On arrival  in Kumasi, the "Garden City." Visit the Manhyia Palace Museum to view the royal regalia of the Asantehene. Later, navigate the sprawling aisles of Kejetia Market, a sensory explosion of textiles, spices, and local craftsmanship.

Experience the dramatic shift in landscape as you head north, moving from the dense forest belt to the wide-open, golden grasslands of the Savannah.

Reach the historic Larabanga community. Behold the Larabanga Mosque, a stunning 15th-century "Sudano-Sahelian" mud-and-stick architectural marvel. Nearby, discover the Mystic Stone, a local legend that refused to be moved during the construction of a road.
