Please read these terms carefully. They form a legally binding contract between you and Lens of Africa Tours for your upcoming journey.
1. The Booking
A booking is confirmed when we receive your completed booking form and the required non-refundable deposit. Once confirmed, a binding contract exists between you and Lens of Africa Tours.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have the authority to bind all participants to these terms.
Note: All names on the booking form must exactly match the names as they appear in the participants' passports. Any changes after confirmation may incur supplier fees.
2. Payments
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total tour cost) is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The balance of the tour price must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour departure date.
- Late Payments: If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges set out below.
3. Cancellations by You
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@loatours.com. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written notification.

4. Changes & Cancellations by Us
While we strive to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries when necessary (e.g., due to local conditions or hotel availability).
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour for reasons other than Force Majeure, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses, such as non-refundable flight tickets, incurred by you as a result of our cancellation.
5. Travel Documents & Health
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining) and appropriate visas for Ghana, Togo, and Benin.
A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry into our destinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation and cancellation coverage.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lens of Africa Tours acts as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by Force Majeure (acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, etc.).
